Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 3 October 2026 · Türkçe

This page explains, step by step, how to have your data deleted from intordia.app. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

In short

  • You can delete your own account immediately from Settings › Profile.
  • A company owner can delete all of the company’s data from Settings › Data rights; deletion becomes final after 14 days.
  • If you cannot sign in, write to info@intordia.com; we complete requests within 30 days at the latest.

1. Delete your own user account

  1. Sign in to intordia.app.
  2. Open Settings › Profile.
  3. In the “Delete my account” section at the bottom, press “Delete my account permanently” and type your e-mail address to confirm.

Your login data, sessions, notifications and personal connections (calendar, e-mail sending account) are deleted immediately. Business records you created (customer records, tasks, messages) belong to the business and stay with it. If you are the only owner of a company, you first need to transfer ownership to another member or schedule the company’s deletion.

2. Delete a company account and all its data

  1. Sign in to intordia.app as the company owner.
  2. Open Settings › Data rights.
  3. In the “Delete the company account” section, press “Schedule the company for deletion” and type the company name to confirm.

All of the company’s data (contacts, messages, media files, e-mail archive, files, connections) is permanently deleted after 14 days. You can cancel within this period; all members are notified. We recommend exporting your data before deletion. Once deletion is complete, no data belonging to the company remains, including the audit log; we keep only a record proving the deletion took place.

3. Remove a Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) connection

  • In the platform: remove the connected WhatsApp number, Instagram account or Facebook Page from the related channel settings. Access tokens and the connection record are deleted. Past conversations from that channel remain as the company’s records; to delete them too, use step 2 or step 5.
  • On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, find Intordia and press Remove. For Instagram, use Settings › Apps and websites. Then write to us as in step 5 so your data is also deleted from our systems.

4. Remove a Google connection

  • In the platform: remove the calendar, contacts, e-mail sending or digital marketing connection from its settings page. When a connection is removed, its access tokens are deleted from our systems. For calendar and e-mail sending connections, the permission at Google is also revoked, and events copied from the calendar are deleted. Contact sync uses the same Google permission as the calendar connection; to remove the permission completely, remove the calendar connection too. Customer records imported through contact sync stay as the company’s records.
  • On Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Intordia and remove access. If you removed a digital marketing connection, we recommend also removing the permission there.

5. Request deletion by e-mail

If you cannot sign in, or the options above do not cover your request, e-mail info@intordia.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:

  • Your name and account e-mail (or, if you messaged via WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook, your phone number or username),
  • Which data you want deleted,
  • The company name, if relevant.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will complete your request and let you know within 30 days at the latest.

6. If you messaged a business

If you wrote to a business via WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, the conversation is that business’s record and the business is the data controller. Please send your deletion request to the business first. If you write to us, we will forward your request to the business and help it carry out the deletion.

Deleted data and backups

Deleted data is removed from the live system immediately. It leaves our encrypted backups automatically when the backup retention ends (40 days for daily backups, at most 190 days for monthly backups). Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the legal period.
